Ep 41 - MSW Podcast ft Nick Shankin, Nicole Prosser, & Desere from Turtle Island Preserve 5/13/13 at 10pm EST

Back and brought to you on a weekly basis, the Mike Salvi's World podcast is here to deliver greatness. We broadcast live every Monday at 10pm EST from Laffcast Studios. Watch the video live below and chime in via USTREAM chat. Can't watch? No problem, listen live on Shoutcast (yes, there's an app for that, look it up and type "laffcast" in the search).

No time to watch? No problem. Take us with you in your travels and let us get all up in your ears for a while.

We talk a lot about self-ownership, not allowing others to dictate how we should live our lives. Being free is one thing, using your freedom to leave the world better than you found it, is what counts the most to me. Our guests in this episode are prime examples of what it means to couple freedom with a skill set to empower those around them.

We're joined in studio by two amazing local folks who are building their own community garden. Long time activists and key TFP members Nicole Prosser & Nick Shankin will be with us to share their story and experiences developing what Ron has accomplished so far.

As an added bonus, Desere, from Turtle Island Preserve will be in studio with us! Nick & Nicole went down to Turtle Island in North Carolina a few weeks ago. Watch Nick's interview with TIP's founder Eustace Conway here.

We want to hear from you, so email your questionscall 877-587-6833, or chime in via chat during the show.

We record live on USTREAM (click to subscribe) from Laffcast Studios at 10pm EST, the audio version will be uploaded after the show.

    1. EXCITED MIKE!---food freedom is where all freedom begins! Can't wait to be on the show with Ron...what a warrior! And Desere from Turtle Island is a dedicated and tireless manager for Turtle Island Preserve. This story is well worth learning about because it ties in with food rights and Property rights.

    2. There is a march in West Chester at the old court house on the corner of market and high street against Monsanto!! So if Philly is too far for you, then come along and show your support!!
